Special Edition !!!!!

Hello friends.

I've been writing too much about the progress of my Pedagogy and Curriculum Development class. Hope you all get some input from my writing.

So, for this opportunity I would like to say THANK YOU to our beloved lecturer, Dr Ng. Yes, she is the lecturer that i keep mentioned in my entry previously.




To be honest, i really enjoyed your class and admire your passion in teaching. I just wondering where you get all the spirit and maintain the professionalism in teaching.

At first, i was too scared to attend your class and because of that, I only took Pedagogy in forth semester *my bad . Knowing that you will teach me for two subject this semester is enough to make me feel terrified.

But now, i am proud to say that i am one of the lucky Unitarian to get the chance to have the learning experience with you.

For sure, I will miss the moment where the whole class in awkward silence waiting for the class to answer your questions. I have familiarize myself with the situation. Hehe

I wish i could be a good educator as you in future. Wish me luck okay, Dr !

And Dr, please take care of yourself and be happy with your family and new career. Look forward to see you again even not in Unitar.

Reflection 7 and 8 ( Curriculum Development )

Hi fellas.

For this week, there not many things to be share. Our lecturer just see our progress for our assignment 2 and discuss what we should improve.

Even look simple, but this class are very important for us to make sure we did well for the assignment.

There are still a few thing that we need to change.

Oh, why not i just tell a little bit about our assignment 2. We choose to design a curriculum for students who wish to retake the English paper for Sijil Peperiksaan Menengah ( SPM ). This program will take about 4 months and we focus in overall. So, it require a lot of  effort and idea.

Hope the best for the assignment.




6th December 2016. We surprised to know that the day will be the last class for Curriculum Development.

But still, we act cool. Same like previous class, we discuss about the progress of our assignment 2. Unfortunately, there are still much things to improved for the assignment. Trust me, design a curriculum is pretty hard. Even in group, we still can't make it perfect till the last class. But with guidance from our lecturer, we did as good as we can.

Reflection 6 ( Curriculum Development )

Hi everybody.

I am too excited to share my experience for this class.

In this class, our lecturer ask us to wait for all to arrived before start the lesson. I guess that the lesson today must be very important ( all lesson are important tho ). That's why she need everyone to be in class before start.

While waiting for other to arrive, she gave us time to discuss about our progress of curriculum. This is such a good chance for us because there a lot to do about the curriculum and also, we can't meet often as a group.

After everyone arrived, our lecturer ask us to open our mobile phone or laptop. We are going to play Kahoot games. All of us are super duper excited. This is so cool bruh.




Kahoot is actually an online quiz and one thing i can confirm with all of you, it is amazing.  Trust me. Everyone should try this game. Our lecturer have prepared few questions for us about everything that we have learnt from previous class.

Even being serious finding all the answer, but we still able to laugh and enjoy the game.



The image above is one of example how the question look alike. We need to find the answer within the time given.

What make Kahoot more interesting is, we can identify who score the highest or lowest mark in the end of the game. Meaning that we know we are in which level. Below are the example how the results will appear.


If i am not mistaken, i am in the third place over five on that day. Clearly, I need to revise a lot for the final soon. And btw, thank you Dr. Ng for make our learning experience become so interesting.

After finish the game, class dismissed and i went for lunch. Hungry after thinking too much for the Kahoot game. Hehe

Reflection 5 ( Curriculum Development )

Thank you for still interested to read my entry.

This entry is special to discuss about what have i learnt in my Curriculum Development class this semester.

During week 9, our lecturer start to focus on our assignment 2 which is designing a curriculum. At first, it sound very hard to do. For this assignment, we are divided into two group according to our major ( English and Mathematics ). Each group consists of three members.

As for my group, Fieda, Insyirah and I work together to finish the curriculum.

Not letting us doing everything without any guide, our lecturer explain what should we do in details. She explained what a good curriculum should have for example aims, goals, objective, programme structure and also learning experience. Not to forget, assessment and evaluation.






After explaining all that from group to group, she give us a task to do the curriculum first and showed it to her in next class. Even it looks hard, our lecturer suggest that we should use Google to find more information and follow the correct way to design a curriculum.

Class dismissed.

Reflection 4 ( Curriculum Development )

Hi all.

Nothing much to share, i just want to tell about my very first experience learning in library with my lecturer. It's so much fun, okay ! We came to the library not just to get the experience but also we have task to do. Our lecturer ask us to find books in the library and do some research about models of curriculum. There are few of them that sound familiar for me, but most of them are new for me. Who are they ? Let's check it out.
