Reflection 4 and 5 ( Pedagogy )

Hi everyone. It's been a long time we didn't meet. So, is everyone doing well ?

The weather today is super awesome and it would be great to share some knowledge from what i have learnt in my previous pedagogy class. Lately, our lecturer focus more on our preparation for our mock teaching day *so nervous thinking about that day.

One of useful things that i learnt is about the usage of technology. Yes, technology. Maybe most of you are wondering why a teacher-to-be need to learn about technology? As we know, students nowadays are more advanced from our years. So, the way of teaching also need to be advanced so that they will excited to learn new things. Most of school have basic technology for teaching such as projector and computer. So teacher, let's be creative and make our class fun. There are so many things to be explore using all the technology.




But, we are acknowledge that there are some school that are lack with all the technology. So, here is the challenge. For the sake of our new generation that will lead our country one fine day, we must put some effort and use the maximize the use of technology provided.

The other week, we are giving some task to create a powerpoint presentation based on our lesson plan. I am not feeling well on that day but i knew, this is the class that i can't miss. I really need to know the mistakes that i need to correct in my slide show. I'm glad that i went to the class because there are actually a lot of mistakes that i did, which i did'n realize it as a mistake.From what i learnt on that day, creating a slide show can be one of effective way to teach. But, it must follow some rules. What are the rules ? I will tell you in details in my next entry.

 It's start raining ! I need to be hurry. My clothes are still in suspension. Just now the weather are good, but in just one hour the rains fall down. Well, good things will not last longer and sometime problem will come to make us stronger, for sure. Maybe this is just a small challenge for me to be a good teacher soon *more challenge will come and maybe are more heavy than the rain. Hehe
